This summer vacation, members of the Jayprakash Nagar community were in for an exciting and enjoyable outing. The group got together for a picnic in Vasai on April 21. The young as well as the
old enjoyed the various activities at the resort which included some fun time in the pool, exciting
slides and a rain dance. Additionally, popcorn and cotton candy were served, which undoubtedly
brought back fond childhood memories. A delectable lunch followed by fun games such as the ‘Ulta
Pulta’ housie proved to be a stimulating mental exercise for the group. The drive to the resort as
well as back home was a melodious one as everyone went along singing songs as the day drew to a
close. The picnic was, in fact, an excellent opportunity for everyone to spend quality time together
and get to know each other better.
