TWENTY NINTH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR
1. Today the Church Celebrates Mission Sunday. Food and nonfood products prepared by tribals will be put up for sale in the porch .This sale is organized by Center of Social Action of the Archdiocese of Bombay, who works in Raigad with the tribal community. Kindly patronize the sale.
2. There will be a second collection towards Mission Sunday. Kindly be generous.
3. The Parish is celebrating the Ruby Jubilee of the Small Christian Communities (S.C.C), on Saturday 9th November 2024 with Mass celebrated by His Eminence Cardinal Oswald Gracias at 6.00 pm on the ground followed by a musical titled ‘‘The Ruby Quest”. Please pray for the success of the celebration. Those who wish to give donations for the Ruby Quest may kindly contact the parish office.
4. Tomorrow/Today a zonal Mission Rally is organized by Archdiocesan Charismatic Renewal from 3 pm to 5.30 pm at Assumption Church Hall, Kandivali West. All are invited.
5. All Souls Day Mass intentions can be dropped in the Box placed near the Altar.
6. The Bombay Catholic Sabha has organized Free Eye Checkup Camp on 27th October 2024 Sunday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am in our St. Thomas School Basement. Kindly take the benefit of it.
7. There will be a youth meeting tomorrow/ today at 10.30 am in the conference room. Requesting all youth to attend the same.
8. The church book stall has a new stock arrival of a variety of spiritual articles Please do visit the book stall and patronize.
9. The Maharashtra State Assembly election will take place on 20th November 2024. Kindly be aware of your electoral place well in advance. Your vote is important to elect a right candidate for the good governance of City Corporation.
