THIRD SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME


1. 24th January the memorial of St. Francis de Sales the patron of MSFS Religious.

25th January the conversion of St. Paul.

27th January the memorial of St Timothy and St. Titus.

 

2. 26th January we celebrate our Country’s Republic day. There will be flag hoisting ceremony on the School ground at 7.30 am. Kindly pray for peace, harmony and solidarity of our Country’s citizen.

 

3. 20 Children from our parish who received the sacrament of Reconciliation on 19th January,2024 will receive the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist for the First time on Sunday, 28th January, 2024 at 9.30 a.m. Mass. Please keep them in your prayers. Please Note the First half of the church will be kept reserved for them and their parents.

 

4. St. Blaise Church, Amboli, is organising an event for Roman Catholics, looking for a life partner in marriage known as ‘WHEN TWO HEARTS MEET’, on Sunday, 21st January ,2024 from 10.30 am to 3.00 pm in the St. Blaise High school hall for age group from 25 to 40. For more details please see the notice board.

 

5. Diocesan Youth Centre is organizing Milestone’s 2024 for youth at St. Xavier’s School, CST, on 26th January, 2024 from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Our parish youth are requested to take part in the event. For details please see the notice board.

 

6. There will be Pre Baptism course in our parish on Sunday 4th February 2024 conducted by Mrs. Astrid and Mr. Allwyn D’costa. The couple who are expecting their first child can register their names in the parish office.

 

7. Marriage preparation courses in Marathi for 2024 at Muktisagar Prabodhan Kendra is placed on the notice board for those who intend to get married.

 

8. The Laity Training centre invites you to an online course “NEGATIVITY to POSIVITY’ program starting on February 11 on Emotions and Relationships. For details please see the notice board.

 

9. The parish bulletin ‘We Connect’ for the month of January 2024 is kept in the Sacristy, Coordinators are requested to collect and  distribute to the families in your Community 

 

10.  We, The Parish fathers thank you for the following collections :-
