FEAST OF THE BAPTISM OF THE LORD
1. Today we celebrate the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord.
2. 14th January the memorial of St.Devasahayam from Tamil Nadu.
16ThJanuary the memorial of St. Joseph Vaz from Goa.
From 18th to 25th January the Christian unity week.
3. On Sunday 19th January 2025 eight parish children will be receiving the Eucharist for the first time. Kindly pray for them that they may remain close to Jesus in the Eucharist and to the Church.
4. As we celebrate Vocation Sunday on 19th January 2025, we request you to kindly pray for vocations to the Priesthood and Religious life. There will be short presentation from 13th to 18th January 2025 before Mass for vocation needs. Do come and participate and pray for the same. Kindly refer to the poster on the notice board.
5. There will be SVP collection today kindly be generous.
6. The Bombay Catholic Sabha has organised Free Dental Checkup camp tomorrow/ today from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm in the school basement. Parishioners are requested to take the benefit of it.
7. The Legion of Mary will be having a special prayer service on Sunday, 26th January after the 9.30 am mass in the church for students appearing for 10th , 12th board and other exams. Requesting students to attend the same. It will be appreciated if the parents also could join this prayer service along with their children.
8. The parish fathers thank you for last Sunday’s collection which amounted to Rs. 34,200/-
